Getting your order to you

We deliver anywhere in Barbados, and to CARICOM member states. We do not currently ship outside the region. If you are further afield and want something from the GLO range, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

• Barbados: a flat Bds$15 on any order, and free once your order reaches Bds$250.
• CARICOM: a flat Bds$65.
• Collection from the spa: free, always.

Prices shown on the site include VAT at 17.5 per cent. Delivery is charged on top and shown before you confirm anything, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

Orders are packed on the next working day. Delivery within Barbados usually arrives within two to three working days of dispatch. CARICOM deliveries depend on the carrier and customs, and typically take longer.

We are closed on Sundays, so an order placed over the weekend is packed on Monday. If something is delayed or out of stock we will contact you rather than leave you waiting.

Choose collection and we will hold your order at Wildey Industrial Estate and let you know when it is ready. Bring the order number. Collection is available during opening hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, and Saturday 10am to 3pm.

Vouchers are sent by email, so there is nothing to deliver and no delivery charge. If you want a voucher presented on paper for a gift, tell us and we will arrange it at the spa.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges for CARICOM deliveries are set by the destination country and are your responsibility. We cannot calculate them in advance or refund them, because they are not ours to collect.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging. Send a photograph if you can. We will replace a damaged item or refund it, and we will not ask you to pay to return it.
